Ellen Schweikert is a marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping companies achieve their wildest dreams.

Ellen is known for blending storytelling with strategy. Motivated by results, she keeps projects moving without getting bogged down in tiny details. With expertise spanning social media, email marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and project management, Ellen strives to deliver outcomes that matter. She has successfully led campaigns across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.

Beyond the technical, Ellen enjoys building bridges between departments, teaching new skills, and bringing a touch of humor to her team.

Currently the Community Engagement Coordinator at ACCESS, Southern Oregon’s community action nonprofit, Ellen has driven marketing initiatives that increased social media engagement, launched an email campaign that generated thousands in donations, and led redesigns of grant-funded program information, helping participants understand their eligibility for services.

Previously, Ellen served as a Technical Copywriter and Manager at WBCP, producing over 180 recruitment brochures for public sector and nonprofit roles, meeting with more than 650 government executives to craft compelling, compliance-driven job marketing materials. More importantly, she got to manage two incredible direct reports, consistently offering guidance and support.

Ellen has also driven results in product-based marketing. She transformed Tagliaferro Ceramics from a struggling local storefront into a thriving online brand. She strategically shifted their business model to focus on e-commerce - optimizing their website for sales, securing professional product photography, developing a social media strategy, and leading a high-impact influencer campaign. Her efforts turned the brand into a national presence, now supplying ceramics to restaurants, stockists, wedding registries, and boutique spas nationwide.

When work is done, Ellen is drawn to the mountains of Oregon. She loves creek wading in the summer, treasure hunting in the fall, and the comfort of books, podcasts, and great people year-round.
